Awaaz policy is that all equipment will be set-up before the first guest arrives, we do not want to have even the appearance of being late.       The sound systems that Awaaz uses are custom designed by Awaaz Entertainment. All equipment is enclosed in a compact podium that will compliment any setting the only wires you will see are the two speaker cables and the main power cord. Each podium contains commercial grade state-of-the-art equipment and has built in back-up. Awaaz is capable of handling an event with as many as 2000 guests, but can "tone it down," for events that are more intimate. Smaller "remote" sound systems, which can be controlled by either the main system or operated independently, are also available for wedding ceremonies and foyer pre-function gatherings. And for events, where electricity is not available, a system is available that has it's own power source.
